The Town Building Code with appendices and the North Carolina State Building Code are incorporated herein by reference, and serve as the basis for Building Inspector authority to regulate building construction. This Unified Development Ordinance is not intended to conflict with or supersede the North Carolina State Building Code regulations. In addition, the town’s minimum housing code is also incorporated herein by reference. All quasi-judicial procedures prescribed in §§ 91.50 through 91.57 apply to these codes/ordinances.
