Any person obtaining a permit as provided for in §§ 43.03 and 43.04, as a requirement for issuance of the permit, shall execute and deliver to the town proof of said person’s good and sufficient insurance policy of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $300,000 bodily injury per person, $100,000 for property damage per occurrence.
