§ 43.03 PERMIT TO USE TOWN FACILITIES.
   No entity other than authorized town officers and employees shall use any town facility, unless a written permit thereof has been issued by the town. The town irrevocably grants unto itself, it’s officers and assigns the right to modify, cancel, suspend, close or limit the activities outlined in a permit pursuant to this section in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare or for the convenience of the town:
