§ 41.03 MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE WAYS.
   Drainage ways shall be maintained in a manner that keeps the free flow of surface stormwater unimpeded by natural or human-made obstacles. Pursuant to G.S. § 160A-193.1 as amended, the Department of Public Works shall be responsible for the maintenance of drainage ways and the administration of this section.
