Provided a quorum is present, regular meetings may be adjourned to reconvene at any time (day or evening) stated in the motion of adjournment, provided that if the hour of reconvening is not stated, it shall be 9:00 a.m. of the day to which the meeting is adjourned; and provided that if a quorum is not present at any regular meeting or any adjournment of a regular meeting, the meeting shall, without any action on the part of any Board member, be adjourned from day to day until a quorum is present.
