The Board of Directors may, from time to time, set fees for the services provided to the waste hauler with regard to discharge of trucked-in waste. The fees shall include, but not be limited to, fees to reimburse the District for the disposal and treatment costs of the discharge, and such other fees as may be required to reimburse the District for the administrative costs of processing the permits, administering the waste hauler program, operating septage discharge facilities, conducting laboratory analysis and enforcing the provisions of this program.
