Wastewater may be discharged into public sewers for collection, treatment and disposal by the District provided that such wastewater discharge is in compliance with this chapter and the conditions of any industrial wastewater permit and/or permit contract; and further provided that the user pays all applicable District sewer fees and charges including any penalties or charges assessed under this chapter. The District has the authority to deny or condition new or increased contributions of pollutants, or changes in the nature of pollutants, to the District by industrial users where such contributions do not meet applicable pretreatment standards and requirements or where such contributions would cause interference for the District, or cause the District to violate its NPDES permit, either individually or in combination with other discharges.
