§ 34.007 RE-APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE CAWD/PBCSD RECLAMATION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT.
   The Board of Directors does hereby re-approve the attached management agreement with PBCSD regarding the relationships and responsibilities of CAWD/PBCSD relative to implementing the CAWD/PBCSD wastewater reclamation project, and authorizes the President to execute and the Secretary of the Board to attest to said agreement on behalf of the CAWD.
