§ 34.006 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVISED WASTEWATER RECLAMATION PROJECT CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH PBCSD, MPWMD AND PBC.
   The Board of Directors does hereby approve the attached revised wastewater reclamation project construction and operation agreement with PBCSD, MPWMD and PBC regarding the relationships and responsibilities of each party relative to implementing the CAWD/PBCSD wastewater reclamation project, and authorizes and directs the President to execute and the Secretary of the Board to attest to said agreement on behalf of the CAWD.
