§ 34.005 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A WASTEWATER RECLAMATION PROJECT CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH PBCSD, MPWMD AND PBC.
    The Board of Directors does hereby approve the attached wastewater reclamation project construction and operation agreement with PBCSD, MPWMD and PBC regarding the relationships and responsibilities of each party relative to implementing the CAWD/PBCSD wastewater reclamation project, and authorizes the General Manager and the Secretary of the Board to execute said agreement on behalf of the CAWD.
