§ 34.004 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CAWD/PBCSD RECLAMATION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT.
   The Board of Directors does hereby approve the attached management agreement with PBCSD regarding the relationships and responsibilities of CAWD/PBCSD relative to implementing the CAWD/PBCSD wastewater reclamation project, and authorizes the General Manager and the Secretary of the Board to execute said agreement on behalf of the CAWD.
