(A) Minimum cover for private lateral sewers shall be:
(1) Not less than three feet of cover at property line without the Engineer’s approval;
(2) Not more than five feet cover at the property line; and
(3) Not less than 12 inches of cover at the building plumbing connection.
(B) Cover requirements for other pipe materials and sizes will be based on their strength characteristics as approved by the Engineer.
