(A) Any sewer deeper than the footing of any building or structure and paralleling the same must be designed to be of sufficient distance from the footing so that no part of the trench will fall within a 45-degree line drawn downward from the bottom of the footing.
(B) Any sewer that crosses under a structure or retaining wall shall be installed in a casing.
