§ 33.373 CLEARANCES.
   (A)   When a building sewer crosses another utility, a vertical clearance of at least six inches shall be maintained unless otherwise permitted by the Engineer.
   (B)   Unless otherwise permitted in the UPC, building sewers and other utilities shall be kept sufficiently separated to be laid in separate trenches.
