§ 33.348 EASEMENT ALL WEATHER ACCESS REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All manhole structures appurtenant to sanitary main sewers must be accessible to District maintenance vehicles.
   (B)   Paved access roads shall be constructed to all manholes to permit maintenance by the District.
