§ 33.282 DEFECTIVE WORK AND/OR MATERIALS.

(A) All work that has been rejected shall be remedied or removed and replaced by the contractor in a manner acceptable to the Engineer.

(B) All materials not conforming to these specifications shall be considered as defective, and all such materials, whether in place or not, will be rejected. They shall be removed immediately from the site of the work.
