(A) Conformance to these specifications. All work done under these specifications shall be subject to rigid inspection and shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
(B) Documents of materials and performance tests. The contractor shall, at any time when requested by the Engineer, submit at his or her expense properly authenticated documents of materials and performance tests as proof to the District of compliance with these specifications.
(C) Access to job site. The Engineer shall, at all times, have access to the work during construction, and the contractor shall provide proper and safe facilities for such access and inspection.
