§ 33.205 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PAVEMENT. The portion of the material in the trench from the top of the backfill to the surface of the ground. It includes all lime or cement treated base material, rock, aggregate base and surface pavement material.
