(A) Site preparation shall consist of removing, and properly disposing of all objectionable material, such as fences, trees, brush, debris and the like, from the construction site that would interfere with the prosecution of the work.
(B) On District contract jobs, approval must first be obtained from the Engineer to remove items that cannot practicably be replaced in kind, such as trees and limbs.
