§ 33.006 LAWS TO BE OBSERVED.
   (A)   The contractor shall comply with federal, state, county, district, municipal and local laws, ordinances, orders and regulations, which in any manner affect the work and/or those engaged or employed in the work.
   (B)   The contractor shall defend, protect, indemnify and hold the District, and all of the District’s officers, directors, employees and agents free and harmless from and against claim, loss and/or liability, including attorneys’ fees arising from or based on the violation of any such law, ordinance, regulation or order, whether by the contractor or his or her employees, subcontractors or agents.
   (C)   If the contractor finds any discrepancy or inconsistency between information included in the plans, or these specifications and any law, ordinance, regulation or order, the contractor shall promptly notify the District.
