1040.177 SEWER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund. All applicable revenues received shall be paid into such separate Fund from the Capital Asset, Capital Improvement Fund and Land Purchase (CACIL) Fund. (Ord. 1-98. Passed 2-10-98.)
