1040.17 SEWER FUND.

There is hereby established, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 729.52, a separate fund to be known as the Sewer Fund of the Municipality. Regular collections for sewerage service shall be deposited in such Fund, to be used to defray the cost of such service to the users thereof.
