1040.14 COLLECTION OF RATES AND CHARGES.

The rates and charges established in this chapter will be collected from owners, occupants and users of premises within the Municipality from and after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 9 87, passed March 9, 1987). If such rates and charges are not paid when due, they shall be collected in the same manner as are other Municipal corporation taxes.
