(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with Section 1036.09 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(c) In addition to the penalty provided in subsections (a) and (b) hereof, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter and shall be subject to revocation or suspension of permits and/or licenses granted hereunder and, further, shall be liable and responsible for any and all damage incurred as a result of such violation.
