272.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION; FUNCTION.

There is hereby established in and for the Municipality a Treasury Investment Board. The Board shall consist of the Manager, the Director of Law and the Director of Finance. The function of the Board is to invest Municipal funds in accordance with Section 236.01 of these Codified Ordinances and Ohio R.C. 731.56 et seq.
