Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.56 through 731.59, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to invest those funds of the Municipality which will not be required to be used by the Municipality for six months or more in those obligations specified in Ohio R.C. 731.56, with the consent and approval of the Manager and the Law Director in the manner provided by Ohio R.C. 731.56 through 731.59.
