The Police Department is hereby authorized to police the confines of Carey Memorial Park and to assume and perform the same police duties for Carey Memorial Park as is within its general jurisdiction for the Municipality and to enforce any ordinance or regulation, that may be enacted by Council pertinent to Carey Memorial Park.
