701.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates Section 701.02(a) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each subsequent violation shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)    Whoever violations Section 701.07(c) shall be assessed the fee stated in that section and shall not be subject to any other penalty, but such false alarms shall be included for purposes of Section 701.06.
   (c)    All other violations of this chapter shall be grounds for revocation of the Alarm User License and shall carry no other penalty.
