(a) No owner of land, owner’s agent, occupant of the land, subdivider or developer of the land shall remove a sidewalk or curb apron without adhering to the requirements of Section 901.02.
(b) Within sixty days of removal, owner of the land, owner’s agent, occupant of the land, subdivider or developer of the land shall replace sidewalk or curb apron at the expense of the owner. (Ord. 2005-16. Passed 6-6-05.)
