901.02 OPENING PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the Village Administrator, engineer or the authorized employees or agents of either, to make any opening in any street, alley, sidewalk, or public way of the Municipality unless a permit to make the opening has been obtained prior to commencement of the work. (Ord. 2005-16. Passed 6-6-05.)
