For purposes of these PAD planned airport district regulations, an airport use may be situated at any location within the planned airport district, whether or not within any building site area designated on the airport land use plan. An "airport use" is hereby defined to mean any one of the following:
A. Airfield components including runways, taxiways, ramps, aprons, related site improvements, lighting systems, navigational aids and weather systems; aircraft hangars; aircraft fueling stations; airport administrative and maintenance buildings; airport utility systems; parking and roadway systems; fencing, gates and overhead lighting systems; or any use mandated by the federal aviation administration or the division of aeronautics.
