1-6-17: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 2012-20)
