This district is created to provide areas in which mobile home parks may be situated for residential dwelling purposes. It is the intent that this district be a desirable permanent area providing adequate open space, and essentially the same considerations be given to residents as are given to residents of R-1 and R-2 districts. The property should not be within an area used nor planned for industrial development, nor should the occupants of the proposed parks be, in any way, adversely affected by nearby existing or planned industrial uses.
