1-6-3: ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT:
The department of finance shall be responsible for the preparation of the comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR). The CAFR shall conform to the standards as set from time to time by the government finance officers association (GFOA), the governmental accounting standards board (GASB), the U.S. office of management and budget's circular A-128, audits of state and local governments. (1998 Code)
