A. Unlawful Sale Or Distribution Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, copartnership or association to possess any container or cartridge which contains nitrous oxide (N2O) for the purpose of selling, offering for sale, distributing or giving away N2O; except that the foregoing provision shall not apply to wholesalers, jobbers, and manufacturers who use nitrous oxide (N2O) in the normal course of their business to manufacture other lawful items.
B. Unlawful Use: It shall be unlawful for any person to inhale, or otherwise introduce into his respiratory system, nitrous oxide except under the direct care and supervision of a licensed physician or dentist. (Ord. 2004-15)
