1-6-1: ESTABLISHMENT:
There is hereby created the department of finance for the city. The department shall consist of the director of finance who shall be appointed by the city manager and such other employees as may be required. The director shall have control and supervision over all employees assigned to the department subject to the control of the city manager. The director of finance shall be the appointed city treasurer. (1998 Code)
