14-2-7: RECKLESS CONDUCT:
A person who causes bodily harm or endangers the bodily safety of an individual by any means commits the offense of reckless conduct if he performs recklessly the acts which cause the harm or endangers safety, whether they are otherwise lawful or unlawful. (Ord. 97-118)
