14-2-5: PUBLIC INDECENCY AND PUBLIC NUDITY:
   A.   Any person of the age of seventeen (17) years and upwards who performs any of the following acts in a public place commits the offense of public indecency:
      1.   An act of "sexual penetration" or "sexual conduct" as defined in 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/12-12 (criminal offenses); or
      2.   A lewd exposure of the body done with intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of the person.
   B.   Any person who appears on any street, avenue, highway, road, boardwalk, beach, beach front or waterway located in the city or appears in any public place, store, or business in said city, in a state of nudity commits the offense of public nudity. A person shall be deemed to be in a state of nudity when his clothing or absence of clothing completely exposes to public view a person's anus, genitals, pubic area or female breasts.
   C.   "Public place" for purposes of this section means any place where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others. (Ord. 97-118)
