12-1-4: FINES FOR FAILURE TO RETURN MATERIALS ON TIME:
Any person who shall fail to return any materials taken by them from the library, at the time when, by the rules of the library, the same should be returned, and who shall not promptly pay the fines provided for by the rules and regulations governing the library as may be established by the Board of Trustees, shall be subject to the penalty provided by Section 20-1-5 of this Code, in addition to payment of the library fine. (R.O. 1929 Ch. X § 9; Ord. 2020-51)
