11-3-1: HEALTH DISTRICT:
All of that part of the City lying within any sanitary sewer district or which is accessible to any sanitary sewer or is within a hundred foot (100') distance therefrom is hereby declared to be within the limits of what shall be known as the "Health District" in said City. (Ord. 1055 § 1)
