11-2-5: HEALTH AUTHORITY TO TREAT COLLECTIONS OF WATER AT ITS OWN EXPENSE:
The legally constituted local health authority may, if it deems it necessary, immediately treat, at its own expense, to stop the breeding of mosquitoes, any collection of standing or flowing water in which mosquitoes are found to be breeding on public or private property. (Ord. 737 § 7)
