11-2-3: TREATMENT OF COLLECTION OF WATER REQUIRED:
   A.   Method Of Treatment: Collections of water in which mosquitoes breed or are likely to breed shall be treated by methods approved by the legally constituted local health authority.
   B.   Health Authority Judgment Final: In determining when and where it is necessary to use prevention methods and in determining which of such methods shall be used, the judgment of the legally constituted local health authority of the City shall be final. (Ord. 737 §§ 3,9)
