10-2-23: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day such a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 2011-50)
