9-1-17: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per offense. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the City or any person from seeking civil remedies against any person who is in violation of this chapter. Each day that an offense continues to occur shall be considered a separate offense for purpose of assessing a penalty.
