9-1-14: USE OF VEHICLE FOR CRIME; ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; NARCOTIC DRUGS:
   A.   No person shall knowingly permit any taxicab or TNC vehicle to be used in the perpetration of a crime.
   B.   No driver of any taxicab or TNC vehicle in or upon the streets and public ways of the City shall have in their possession or in or about the driver’s compartment of the vehicle any alcoholic liquor.
   C.   No driver of any taxicab or TNC vehicle shall be under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or any narcotic drugs while operating any taxicab or TNC vehicle for hire.
