A. Receipt: The driver shall provide a receipt of fare upon request to the passenger. Such receipt shall be in legible type, writing, or digital format showing the date and amount of fare paid, the trade name of the taxicab or TNC, and the name and the license number of the driver.
B. Records: Each taxicab service and TNC shall be required to maintain adequate records, files and logs or dispatch tape recordings of each trip, transport or service provided by any taxicab driver or TNC operator using such service (i.e., times, pick up location, destination, fee charged, baggage weight, etc.). Such information shall be provided to the City upon request.
