8-3-6: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of sections 8-3-5 through 8-3-10 of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
   BOARD: The foreign fire insurance board.
   DEPARTMENT: Carbondale fire department.
   MEMBERS OF DEPARTMENT: Any sworn members of the Carbondale fire department actively employed by the Carbondale fire department in the following positions: firefighter, captain, assistant chief and chief.
   SPECIAL ACCOUNT: Foreign fire insurance tax restricted account. (Ord. 2016-25)
