8-1-3: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of the international fire code, 2003 edition, and as amended, shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). If any violation of a provision or provisions of this chapter shall continue, each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2003-75)
