No wall, structure, building, or part thereof, shall hereafter be built, enlarged, or altered, until a sketch of the work, together with a statement of the materials to be used, shall have been submitted in duplicate to the building and neighborhood services manager for inspection and investigation to see if same be found to be in accordance with the provisions of the international fire and building codes prior to the issuance of a building permit for the proposed construction. Structures hereafter erected without permit or not in conformity with the international fire code shall be removed. (Ord. 2003-75)
