1-4-19: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 80-54; Ord. 97-166)
